And here's the story behind this picture. I went to Bismarck with Scarlett on Friday and on the way home we stopped for something to eat/drink at the Coffee Cup. She proceeded to get a cappuccino so I HAD to also. Thing is...she's allergic to sugar and I'm trying to cut way back on my intake of sugar. But no....today we had sugar! What friends will do together!

365 Day Project
As I mention in an earlier post, I was thinking of doing a 365 day picture/journal. I have been doing that and it's going well actually. My dear friend Scarlett (who by the way was surprised that I like to watch a good football game now and then) gave me the idea to post one picture from the week on my blog....so for last week , I have chosen this picture:
